National Museum of African American Music

Celebrates the many music genres created by African Americans.

Since opening in 2021, the museum has become one of the Music City's top a must-see attractions.  Its six galleries preserve more than 50 music genres and styles that were created, influenced, and/or inspired by African Americans, including spirituals, blues, jazz, gospel, R&B, and hip hop.
